Joel James MS, Senedd Member for South Wales, attended a drop-in session hosted by Cardiff Council this week to discuss the council's Replacement Local Development Plan, which is currently being consulted on.
The Replacement Local Development Plan (LDP) outlines the Council's plans for development from 2021 to 2036, identifying specific areas for new development while protecting others.
An 8-week public consultation period began in February and will close on the 15th April 2025. During this time, residents are encouraged to provide feedback on the proposed candidate sites for development.
