Joel James MS, Senedd Member for South Wales Central, has this week met with Penny Mordaunt at a fundraising event in Newport.
As the event's guest speaker, Penny spoke about her time as Lord President of the Council and Leader of the House of Commons from 2022 until 2024 and her experience as an MP for Portsmouth North from 2010 to 2024.
Speaking about the event, Joel said:
It was great to support Natasha Asghar MS and Newport and Islwyn Conservatives this week at their fundraiser - where the fantastic Penny Mordaunt was their guest speaker... obviously I had to take the opportunity to get my book signed.
