Joel was thrilled to visit Bryn Farm recently in Clawdd Coch and plant a tree with NFU Cymru as part of their #growingtogether campaign,
The campaign has an important aim of promoting tree planting in Wales and integrating trees into the farming system instead of them replacing farmland. This will allow further planting of trees and allow farming, food production, trees and rural communities to thrive whilst promoting greater protection for the environment.
Commenting, Joel said 'NFU Cymru's campaign to promote tree planting without sacrificing farmland is the forward thinking plan that will ensure that we tackle the climate emergency without disrupting the livelihood of farmers'.
