Our high streets are the lifeblood of our communities, but Cardiff Council’s decision to SCRAP free car parking is having a devastating impact – with shoppers staying away.
Though the Council has recently U-TURNED on this decision and has now allowed 30 minutes of free parking, this is no way near enough, and considering that the Council sits on a staggering £190million in reserves, I believe that 2 hours free parking should be reinstated – but what do you believe?
