I receive regular emails from residents who have been left waiting months for their Blue Badges to be renewed, with many often expiring before being reissued.
As a result, many are feeling trapped in their own homes, and have to rely on family and friends to drive them to appointments, to social engagements and to the shops – this is not right.
I believe that this situation is unacceptable, and I am actively challenging the Council to do better, but what are your thoughts?
